TEAC presents the new AI-303 Stereo Amplifier
TEAC, a Japanese manufacturer of high-end audio devices, has added a new product to its portfolio – the TEAC AI-303 USB DAC Amplifier.
This compact yet powerful stereo amplifier boasts a range of digital inputs, including a USB-C port for connecting to PCs, smartphones, or tablets, and Bluetooth for wireless devices. It also features two analog inputs and an HDMI port for connecting to a TV, making it a versatile addition to any home entertainment setup.
Technical features
The AI-303 is designed with TEAC’s unique 3-point “Stress-lessFoot” system, which provides stability and prevents vibrations for a more natural and rich sound. The amplifier is also equipped with a Hypex NCore 2x50W Stereo Amplifier, which can handle large speakers with minimal distortion, and an ESS SABRE32 DAC that supports high-resolution audio up to DSD256 and PCM 384kHz/32-bit, as well as integrated MQA decoding.
Other notable features of the AI-303 include an HDMI-eARC/ARC input for high-quality sound from a TV, volume control with a TV remote, and crossfeed for a more natural headphone listening experience. Additionally, the amplifier has an automatic on/off function when connected to USB, HDMI, Opt, Coax, or Bluetooth.
For those looking to maximize the potential of the AI-303, TEAC recommends pairing it with the compact TEAC PD-301DAB-X integrated amplifier, which supports DSD files. The AI-303 is available in black and silver on the TEAC website for a suggested retail price of 899 euros or 899 CHF. More information can be found on the TEAC website, and high-resolution images of the AI-303 can be downloaded for reference.
